How a verification record is made
A KeralaAyurLife verification record is a public note of a document check. It is separate from any classification issued by a government department, a council, or NABH. Those external marks, when shown, name the authority, the reference, the source, and the date they were looked up.
What the public page always shows
- The scope: what was checked.
- The negative scope: what was not checked.
- The person who checked the sources, and a different person who approved publication.
- The approval date and the expiry date.
- The status in words: Verified, Expired, Suspended, Withdrawn, or Unable to verify.
- Whether the centre hosts KeralaAyurLife programmes.
Two different marks
An external classification, such as a tourism department leaf classification or a council registration, is stored as someone else's record. The KeralaAyurLife line is only the check we performed. The page does not merge them into one seal.
Two named people
A record cannot be published as Verified unless the reviewer and the approver are different people. A numeric quality score is not published, and a score cannot override a failed legal or safety check. Scores stay inside the review, off this website.
Expiry and removal
When the expiry date passes, the public status becomes Expired and the record leaves the Verified filter. Suspended and Withdrawn records stay reachable by their address so the status remains visible, and they are not listed as verified.
Absence
The records list can also show an Ayurvedic hospital or clinic that NABH’s finder currently lists for Kerala. That line copies NABH’s certificate number, programme, and dates. It is not a KeralaAyurLife verification. A centre with neither an NABH listing nor a KeralaAyurLife record has not been assessed here. Absence is not a finding about safety or quality.
This method describes the public record. It is not a statutory scheme. Read the conflict-of-interest statement or report a concern.
